






The 2007/08 TrackNAVCHALLENGE programme was a huge success with 41 teams participating.
Five Regional Heats which were run throughout June identified the six top teams across the country. All the teams then converged at the Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon, on 8 July to vie for the title of 2007/08 TrackNAVCHALLENGE Winners.

The scores were very close with only five marks separating the First and Second teams and four marks separating the Third and Fourth teams. Below are details of the Awards made and who won them.
Best Electronics:
This award was made by Rapid Electronics to The A Team, Chase Terrace Technology College. The team received a voucher for electronic equipment.
Innovation and Creativity:
This award was made by Ricardo to Eco Freakzz from Carmarthen College.The team received a trophy, a donation to the department at the college who supported the team and each team member received an educational gift voucher.
The Winch Test:
This award was made by Cranfield University to Thermal Racing from Ballyclare High School. The team received a trophy, certificate and an educational voucher.
The Overall Winner
The overall winner was The A Team from Chase Terrace Technology College. The award was presented by John Edwards, Managing Director of Land Rover UK NSC.
The team received a trophy, £3,000 for capital equipment for the department that supported the team. Each member of the team was provided with a Land Rover Mountain Bike and will spend a day at Eastnor Castle, experiencing an off-road demonstration followed by team building outdoor activities.
